The annual mentorship workshop is an important component of the Academy’s Mentorship Program, which provides:

    • Skills-based training in areas including research leadership, science communication and influencing policy.
    • An opportunity for mentees to meet each other and network with their peers.

The 2022 workshop theme is all about research leadership. Participants will hear from field leaders on:

    • How to be an inclusive leader
    • How to become a change agent 
    • Growing your role as a research leader
    • Looking after your health and wellbeing as a leader
