Voices of Farrer is a grass-roots community movement of people wanting to see politics done differently. Through a year long consultation process, the attributes of a values-driven candidate were collated. Advertisements were placed in all the major Farrer newspapers seeking expressions of interest and following extensive conversations, a candidate aligned with the community expectations was endorsed. While the candidate prepares for the enormous challenge ahead of them, Voices of Farrer supporters are continuing the process of building a volunteer base to hit the ground running when an election is called.
