PADI Discover Mermaid Program

Meet and swim with some merfolk in this fun 2 hour PADI Discover Mermaid Program.

Here we will learn how to mermaid swim with bifins then progress on to using a monofin or mermaid fin. Many mer skills are involved and shared in this class, from how to move and swim like a mermaid to how to recover from a mermaid dive and look after our fellow merfolk.

Bring your own equipment if you like, however extra equipment is available and will be supplied (not including wetsuits)

This Discover Mermaid program will be held at The Geographe Leisure Center in Busselton.

Please arrive 20 minutes early for equipment fitting and checks.

Equipment required:

Bathers & Towel

Bifins/flippers

Face mask and snorkel

Wetsuit Jacket or wetsuit if you have one

Warm clothes to change into

Water bottle, hat and suncream

We will meet at the outside pool near the grass at 7:40am

Please note: this is a mermaid skill development class that focuses on technique and skill development with bifins and monofins. Mermaid tails wont be used or supplied for this entry level class.
