Wed, 16 Sep, 10am - 1pm AESTA session to support confidence through vocal play and experimentation. In this 90min workshop you will be invited to: -attune to your body and breath -participate in playful vocal exercises -share and learn short songs Please bring: a short song from your grandmother OR a short song that holds meaning for you Facilitated by Jolene Moran: Jolene is a Merri-bek based creative arts therapist, singing teacher and choir leader. She seeks to create spaces where participants feel grounded, connected and open to new ways of becoming even more themselves through explorative vocal play.
