About the Experience...

🌴 Shake it out with Jungle Dance - a guided, free-flowing, primal expression of dance, movement, and meditation to journey into oneself and let go of all that is no longer supporting while bringing a sense of liberation and celebration

🥭 Nourish yourself with delicious plant-based foods and non-alcoholic beverages

🌹 Experience a guided group healing practise

💦 Optional: Enjoy the facilities with a sauna session and dips in the magnesium infinity pool (a little hot/cold therapy!) 

🔥 Let go of all that is no longer serving you with a Fire Ceremony under the full moon
