Join us for an engaging and practical day of training for communities who are interested in exploring Messy Church, Godly Play and Intergenerational creative worship.

All sessions involve hands on training but will also be available for attendance via zoom.

10:00-12:00 “Messy Church goes Wild” and Creative Design for Messy Church including an opportunity to have a ‘play’ at Messy Church

12:00-12:30 Lunch

12:30-1:30 Intergenerational worship through a Messy Church lens. Can an intergenerational/Messy approach to church help us to work more effectively with Neurodiverse people?

1:30- 2:30 “Sip and Storytime” An opportunity for those who learned Godly Play in 2025 to tell a story to others and to receive some stories around a cuppa. Godly Play practitioners: Please bring a story to share!

New to Godly Play? Come and find out what Godly play is all about and wonder whether it could be a welcome addition to your Intergenerational/Messy Church practice.

12:30 – 2:00 Starting your Messy Church An introduction to being a Messy Church including what it’s all about as well as helpful tips and tricks for starting a new Messy Church community.

1-1.30 Sip and Storytime – An opportunity to hear a Godly Play story in a relaxed atmosphere while sharing a cuppa. Godly Play practitioners: Please bring a story to share!

1.30-3.30 Experience a ‘mini’ Messy Church – bring your friends and families to experience all the fun of a Mini Messy Church!
