Looking for a way to unwind, reconnect, and get creative? Mandalas have an incredible healing energy and evolve as you create them—no two are ever the same. In this 2-hour beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll explore the beauty and benefits of drawing mandalas as a gentle, meditative practice.
We’ll start by learning a few simple patterns and shapes, then take a moment to set a personal intention for your piece. From there, you’ll be guided to create a symbolic mandala that reflects your energy, emotions, and creative flow.
This is not about being perfect—it’s about showing up, relaxing, and embracing your inner artist in a supportive, nurturing space.
Expect calming music, herbal tea on arrival, and a warm welcome from Bodhi, my hypoallergenic Havanese and official fluff-ball greeter. (If you're uncomfortable with dogs, just let me know—he’s very respectful.)
