Refund policy

All refund and transfer requests must be submitted by Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM. A full refund (minus a $2 processing fee) will be issued for requests received by the deadline. How to Request a Refund or Transfer: Email education@monashclubs.org with the following details: Your full name Your ticket category and price Whether you are requesting a refund or a transfer For transfers: Please also include the full name and student ID of the person receiving the ticket. No refunds or transfers will be granted after September 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM, except in the case of: Event Cancellation: Full refunds, including processing fees, will be provided. Extraordinary Circumstances: A very limited number of refund requests may be considered between September 7 and September 11 for serious reasons (e.g., medical emergencies). Proof may be required. Refunds after this date will be considered on a case by case basis and will only result in a 50% refund due to final payments being sent to the venue. Change of mind refunds during this time will not be accepted. After September 11, 5pm, no refunds or transfers will be possible, as we must submit final numbers to the venue. If you can’t attend: If you are unable to attend the event on the night and have not arranged a transfer by September 7, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer after this deadline. We encourage you to organise a transfer to another student before the deadline if you are unsure of your availability. Final Notes: We encourage you to transfer your ticket if you are unable to attend. If you have dietary restrictions that need to be updated after purchasing your ticket, please notify the club before 5pm on September 11, as we will be unable to accommodate for any dietary changes after this time.
