Companion Card Holders qualify for a complimentary second ticket. Please enter the access code “COMPANIONCARD” in the “Access Code” box at the top of the ticketing page of your selected event to reveal accessible ticket pricing. If you require a companion to access the event but do not have a Companion Card, we still encourage you to select Companion Card ticketing. M/FW understands that not all patrons who require assistance to attend events have Companion Cards and therefore our accessible ticketing options are available to all those who require it.

By Train: Town Hall Station is located directly below City Square whilst Flinders Street Station is approximately a 350m walk along Swanston Street. By Tram: Wheelchair Accessible Tram stop #11 located on Swanston Street directly in front of City Square servicing tram lines 1, 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 & 72

The recommended accessible parking facility located within close proximity to City Square is Wilson Parking – Flinders Gate, Melbourne, 160m walk, enter via Flinders Street, exit via Flinders Lane.

Dedicated drop off and pick up areas are located on Collins Street, northside from Melbourne Town Hall towards Russell Street and southside just before The Westin.
