Travel instructions

Flinders Street Station is 450m – From the west end of the station platforms, head towards Flinders Street. Once on Flinders street, head west for 200m, turning right onto Queen St. Continue north on Queen St for 250m until you have crossed over Collins St. Queen & Collins is located on the right, on the corner of Queen & Lt Collins. Southern Cross Station is 850m – From the Southern end of the station platforms, head out the station towards Lt Collins Street. Head east along Lt Collins St for 800m towards Queen St. Crossing Queen St, Queen & Collins will be directly in front. Collins Street Tram No. 11, 12, 48, 109 – Heading East or West Along Collins street via trams 11, 12, 48 or 109, jump off at stop #5 (Elizabeth & Collins), head West 180 m along Collins St until you reach Queen & Collins on your right. Elizabeth Street Tram No. 19, 57, 59 – Coming from the North via trams 19, 57 or 59, jump off at Stop #2 (Collins & Elizabeth), head West 240m along Collins St until you reach Queen & Collins on your right. Collins / Williams Tram No. 58 – Coming North from Kings Way or South from Queen Vic Market via tram 58, jump off at stop #4 (Collins & William), head East 260m along Collins St until you reach Queen & Collins on your left.

Entry instructions

The entrance for this event is accessible (100 Queen Street). Once inside guests can take the 42 steps up to level 2 or access the lifts by the glass sliding door located near the pillar on the right.

After entry instructions

M/FW Staff and Queen and Collins Staff will be onsite assisting patrons in finding their way through the venue. There are different floor surfaces within the venue, smooth but mosaic tiles, carpet, floorboards for example.

Accessible parking

Limited paid on-street parking available in the surrounding area. The closest undercover parking garage is Secure Parking both on Flinders Street and on Queen Street. There are no dedicated drop off areas.

Companion Tickets

Companion Card Holders qualify for a complimentary second ticket. Please enter the access code “COMPANIONCARD” in the “Access Code” box at the top of the ticketing page of your selected event to reveal accessible ticket pricing. If you require a companion to access the event but do not have a Companion Card, we still encourage you to select Companion Card ticketing. M/FW understands that not all patrons who require assistance to attend events have Companion Cards and therefore our accessible ticketing options are available to all those who require it.

Melbourne Fashion Week and the City of Melbourne are proud supporters of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Initiative, assisting those with hidden disabilities. People who need assistance can choose to wear a Sunflower symbol so that trained MFW staff and volunteers can offer their assistance.
