Travel instructions

An accessible tram stop #124A Clarendon St (Casino/MCEC) is located outside the Eastern MCEC entrance. THE LUME entry is located 600m through the MCEC foyers, past the Convention Centre. To plan your visit, please visit the MCEC website: mcec.com.au/plan-your-visit

Accessible parking

A drop off zone is located directly outside THE LUME in Convention Centre Place. Multiple paid parking garages are available nearby, including MCEC carpark and South Wharf.

Wheelchair Accessible

Accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchair spaces must be reserved in advance.

Accessible Toilet

An accessible toilet is available at this event.

Seating

Guests seated in rows A /B will be seated on shared bench seating or a chair at ground level. Guests in rows C/D will be seated on a high-backed stool. Accessible seating with arm rests will be available upon request on the day.

Sunflower Initiative

Melbourne Fashion Week and the City of Melbourne are proud supporters of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Initiative, assisting those with hidden disabilities. People who need assistance can choose to wear a Sunflower symbol so that trained MFW staff and volunteers can offer their assistance.

Companion Tickets

Companion Card Holders qualify for a complimentary second ticket. Please enter the access code “COMPANIONCARD” in the “Access Code” box at the top of the ticketing page of your selected event to reveal accessible ticket pricing. If you require a companion to access the event but do not have a Companion Card, we still encourage you to select Companion Card ticketing. M/FW understands that not all patrons who require assistance to attend events have Companion Cards and therefore our accessible ticketing options are available to all those who require it.
