MHFA DAY 2025 - Nature Journaling at Sherwood Arboretum
Event description
This Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Day 2025, join Peta Jay for a calm and welcoming morning at the beautiful Sherwood Arboretum.
From 10am to midday on Tuesday 19 August 2025, we will slow down together with:
Nature inspired journaling to clear the mind and connect with nature
Relaxed open conversation in a small, safe group setting
As someone with lived experience and professional credentials as a nature-based therapist, I know how important it is to create an ecosystem of safety and support in our communities -- and it often starts with a single conversation.
This is a Free Community event with a maximum of 10 participants so we can connect meaningfully. (Bookings Essential)
All art supplies will be provided. Bring a camp chair or cushion if you wish and a water bottle.
Let's #MakeEveryConversationMatter while surrounded by the beauty of nature.
