Would you know how to support someone facing a mental health challenge or crisis? This accredited Mental Health First Aid course will give you the tools to recognise warning signs, respond with confidence, and provide initial support until professional help is available or the situation improves.

💲 Talk the Talk Workshop Graduates: $180.00 (10% Discount)
This course includes additional content on supporting young people aged 12–18, making it ideal for parents, coaches, teachers, and community members involved with youth.
✔️ Completion of a short post-course assessment qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider (valid for 3 years).
