RACS information sessions for protection applicants who have been refused and seek Ministerial Intervention
These sessions are for anyone who has applied for asylum in Australia and has been refused by the Immigration Assessment Authority (IAA) or Administrative Appeals Tribunal (ART).
These sessions are also for anyone in the Fast Track or Legacy Caseload cohort who does not hold a permanent visa in Australia.
On 4 September 2025 the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship issued new Ministerial Instructions replacing the Minister’s Guidelines on ministerial powers. These sessions are to update you of these changes.
