Event description

Robogals Brisbane is hosting a Micromelon Python coding Girls in Robotics day. This event will take place on the 16th of July from 8:30 am to 3 pm. Students will learn to program Micromelon robots using Python. This involves teaching them about basic programming principles, sensors and input/outputs. This is done through a variety of hands-on games and activities. Robogals computers and Micromelon robots will be provided to all students.

The recommended age range is between grades 5-10. If your child does not fit within this range please contact Brisbane.schools@robogals.org to discuss further. This event is catered. For any special needs or dietary requirements not listed in the checkout form, please don't hesitate to email us.

We are always happy to help and are so excited to have you join our workshop. If this is your first workshop or you're feeling shy or nervous, we would still love to have you and can accommodate your needs! Our workshops are a safe space for learning and we'll do our best to make sure you are comfortable and have a great time.
