Microsoft 365 Copilot: Work Smarter with AI

Learn how Microsoft 365 Copilot can help you save time, reduce repetitive tasks and get more from the Microsoft tools you already use. This practical half day workshop explores real world ways to use Copilot in Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint to draft and improve content, summarise information, prepare for meetings, create documents and presentations, and work more efficiently. You’ll also learn how to write effective prompts and identify practical opportunities to use AI in your day to day business.

This topic covers:

• Understanding how Microsoft 365 Copilot can support your business.

• Writing effective prompts to get better results from Copilot.

• Drafting, summarising and improving emails with Copilot.

• Summarising meetings and identifying actions with Copilot.

• Creating, summarising and improving documents with Copilot.

• Creating presentations and speaker notes with Copilot.

• Working with your existing Microsoft 365 content.

• Understanding security and privacy considerations when using AI.

This workshop is for small business owners who want to learn how Copilot can help save them time, improve communication and make everyday tasks more efficient.
