Join TechWomenNZ council members for a conversation on their knowledge and experience in attracting and retaining women into IT careers.

We’ll be discussing how companies can attract more women into IT roles and support those returning back into roles. We’ll also provide practical tips like how to write a job description and share some interesting statistics on how women respond to a job description compared to how a male would respond. We have a recruitment company  joining us with advice on how to apply to roles in the IT sector.
