As we move to the middle of 2025, this workshop series is an invitation to reset and establish your intentions for the rest of the year. Join Dana over 4 weeks for 1 hour each week to learn or restart your mindfulness meditation practice. Each week Dana will take your through techniques and tools that can support work and life and give you time for self care and rest. This 4 week course occurs on Tuesday 7pm-8pm on the following dates:
