Take a moment for yourself in the middle of your busy day. Join us for a 45-minute Midday Wellness Break—a virtual, experiential workshop designed to help you breathe, stretch, and reconnect.
Led by our yoga therapist, this session is the perfect way to use your lunch break for restorative self-care and reset your nervous system. Through gentle chair-based movement and guided breathwork, you'll learn why pausing for movement and mindfulness—especially midday—can:

✨ Support emotional regulation
✨ Calm the stress response
✨ Reconnect you to your body and breath
This workshop is for everyone—no yoga experience necessary. Come as you are. All you need is a chair and a quiet space.
