Middle of the Air: Writing Lyrics with DOBBY and Leah Senior

Join acclaimed singer-songwriter and folk diviner Leah Senior and ARIA-award winning multi-genre musician DOBBY as they explore the key elements of the lyric-writing process — experimenting with structure, rhyming schemes, genre, storytelling devices and more. 

This workshop is presented in partnership with ABC Radio National as part of Middle of the Air, a new Red Room Poetry initiative where anyone can submit a poem or lyric as part of a national competiton for the chance to have one of these two musicians adapt your words into song.
