Description

Join our NEW introductory tennis program specially designed for people with intellectual disabilities and autism to be Included in Tennis!

What: 6 sessions.

When: Sundays from October 18th to November 22nd.

Time: 3.00-3.45pm.

Where: Midland Lawn Tennis Club.

Who: Any age, any experience - specifically trained coaches and volunteers to support people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism.

The 6-week program will focus on developing tennis skills, building confidence in a sport setting, making friends and enjoying being active. Resources, coaches' profiles and guides about the sport will be emailed straight to you once you register so you can read and watch all about tennis before even setting foot on a court.

The session will be 45 minutes and have a break half-way through the lesson.

No experience needed.

Any fitness level welcome!

Family are welcome to join in.
