Event description

Led by Kristy Hollis, a nationally respected naturopath and holistic health advocate, and Dani Eveleigh, a seasoned HR executive and governance strategist, this practical, evidence-informed training provides organisations with the tools to better support women navigating perimenopause—while also strengthening workplace culture and organisational performance.

About the Facilitators:

Kristy brings over 23 years’ experience in women’s health, with deep insight into the physical and emotional journey of perimenopause, particularly in regional and remote communities. Through her Agrifuture's NT Rural Women's Award winning initiative Women’s Business, she has empowered more than 8,000 women using integrative, preventative care that blends traditional knowledge with modern science.

Dani complements this with over 15 years’ experience in HR, industrial relations, and organisational change across government and industry sectors. Her expertise lies in building inclusive policies, managing complex workplace reforms, and leading through clear, strategic communication.

Our Training Helps To:

  • Equip women to understand, manage and advocate for their own health;

  • Support HR teams and leaders to develop inclusive policies and create psychologically safe, supportive environments;

  • Assist organisations to improve staff wellbeing, increase retention, reduce absenteeism, and strengthen gender equity outcomes.

Let’s work together to normalise the conversation, support women in the workforce, and foster workplaces where wellbeing and productivity thrive side by side.
