Join us at the Midlife Mind: My Wellness, My Way - Cultivating a Sense of Self and Calmness workshop.

This interactive workshop is dedicated to empowering women in midlife to design personalised wellness goals that align with their unique health needs and aspirations.

We will focus on taking actionable steps toward health and balance that resonate with your individual journey. Remember, no one knows you like you know yourself.

You will explore the power of stillness in reducing stress, enhancing self-appreciation, and taking action and put the spark back in your midlife light. During the evening, you will also learn how to integrate new ways to create wellness intentions and personalise goals that suit your busy lifestyle.

  • Nurture in Nature - Utilising nature and the outdoors as a tool for grounding, reflection, and emotional balance.
  • Practical Strategies to Spark Your Midlife Light - Staying flexible and adaptable to change

This workshop series is designed for midlife women who want to feel more energised, inspired and in control of their emotional and physical well-being.

Join us for an insightful and supportive experience where you can take time for yourself, build resilience, and embrace midlife with confidence and with a positive pivot.
