Join us at the Midlife Mind: Ready to Rest workshop.
As we conclude the 2025 Midlife Mind Series, Ready to Rest is all about aligning with the natural rhythms of winter - a season traditionally associated with rest, reflection, and renewal.
This interactive workshop offers a supportive space for you to learn ways to retreat inward, set boundaries, and cultivate a winter wellness action plan. You will explore the benefits of setting boundaries and achieve small tasks with creativity. During the evening, you will also learn how to turn the winter months into a positive and rewarding season, without the mental load.
Our guest, Nicola Spencer, will also share her insights into the change of seasons, and that we often feel unseen as women in midlife.
Enjoy a heartfelt mini Cacao ceremony with Donna from Sparrow and Sage, to connect with the spirit of this sacred plant medicine and take a moment to ground, open the heart and tune in. This will end our evening together (Optional).

Winter Action Plan: Create a tailored plan with weekly goals and a 3-month vision to guide your winter wellness journey.
