Midlife Mind: Refocus to Reset
Join us for Midlife Mind: Refocus to Reset, a safe and supportive space where you’ll explore your women’s health, values, and gain tools to thrive during midlife. This workshop is part of a series of women's wellness community workshops running at Partridge House, Glenelg.
Together, we will:
- Balance Our Thinking: Learn how to shift those flaky, foggy feelings into clarity and calm.
- Habit Stacking: Build new, productive habits by pairing them with ones you already have.
- Implementation Intention: Set powerful goals and create a clear path to achieve them.
- Positive Reframing: Transform unproductive thoughts into empowering perspectives.
- Self-Care: Prioritise mindfulness, relaxation, and self-awareness to nurture your mental wellbeing.
And we will explore physical and mental exercise as we age:
Staying active - both mentally and physically - becomes increasingly vital at any age. Engaging in regular physical movement and mental exercises can help maintain brain health, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. At Midlife Mind: Refocus to Reset, we’ll explore how integrating simple, mindful and movement exercises can boost your mental clarity and energy, helping you feel more connected to yourself and your body.
This is your time to reset and refocus!
A light supper and refreshments will be included.
