Description
The Women's Well would like to invite you to our very unique event.
Midlife Reset: Real conversations about hormones, wellbeing, health & midlife vitality.
This curated masterclass is very different to other events in that it is similar to an Expo with 7 facilitators covering topics that women want to hear according to popular key areas of perimenopause, pre-menopause and post menopause, such as:
- Intimacy in relationships, loss of libido, and embracing body changes - "Where did my libido go?”
- Optimisation of exercise in mid-life. "What is more important?" Strengths? Cardio?
- Nutrition in mid-life. Skin, Bone & low inflammation nutrition. Addressing low energy and the famous menopause belly.
- Sleep Optimisation. "What is happening to my sleep?"
- Symptoms/Hormones/MRT
- Self-Care practices during Menopause
- GSM: Genitourinary syndrome of menopause - "What is happening to my pelvic floor?"
Dr Jo Bruce will present the key note followed by seven short masterclasses where our seven experts will explore these important topics. They will share many practical tips and insights which will empower you to embrace this season in your life with a renewed sense of hope and confidence.
This event is proudly sponsored by Clovelly Community Bank.

Today, Lucie works with female entrepreneurs and women 35+ who are ready to make this season their best yet: stronger, better fed, and impossible to ignore. She’s the author of Don't be sh*t, be well - Diaries from Healthtopia, and lives in Sydney, where she can usually be found in her local health food store, reading food labels out loud to herself.
