Midnight Elevator is proud to announce MIDN004: the debut e.p. of Midnight Elevator co-founder LN_Protocol. To celebrate we will be hosting an evening of deep sounds to move your body at Barbes
Visions EP [MIDN004] is an ode to Late Night Protocols love of the Detroit to Berlin’s techno connection that blossomed in the late 90’s. Taking in elements of Berlin’s signature minimal driving rhythms, coupled with the soulful sounds of Detroit’s 3rd wave; Visions is a modern take on the infamous transatlantic exchange.Late Night Protocol has been a long-time runner in Boorloo's underground scene, first cutting their teeth with live performances for Deep Water Records and Volta. Their tracks Digital Warm Humana and Yesterday's Sky have been Midnight Elevator favourites. LN_Protocol is no stranger to the wheels of steel either, playing massive sets for GarbageTV, Backtrack and Outer Body recently.
