Midnight Journey

Welcome! We invite you all to a journey under the stars, where we will celebrate and dance through to midnight and beyond into the new year!

Before we go into further details, we must say that this is a PRIVATE 18+ EVENT, if you have received an invite to this party, it’s because we trust you all to keep knowledge of this gathering in the right circles. We have allowed guests to invite friends - in doing this we’re putting our trust into the community, please don’t abuse it. Midnight Journey will be a capped event with a limited number of tickets, and this won't be one to miss - so be sure to secure your spot and get a ticket ASAP! We are asking for a $60 donation per guest on entry to help cover the numerous costs of running these events. There will be security present on site, checking tickets on entrance and making sure everyone is safe during the event. Save $5 by purchasing your ticket online!

Gates will open Friday midday where you will be invited onto a beautiful private property. Music will begin Tuesday afternoon on the 31st and will run through to around midday on Wednesday the 1st.We are tailoring a diverse lineup of local and interstate artists who will be playing a large array of music, expect there to be a bit of something for everyone as we switch through genres throughout the night.

It is our intention to continue to provide events like this in the future, so please share this event among your friends and let’s form a community that can support each other to keep this scene and its beautiful creative diversity alive and thriving!

~This is a LEAVE NO TRACE event, if it came with you, it goes home with you

~There will be toilets on site for guests to use, please keep these facilities clean 

~As space is limited, we encourage guests to carpool wherever possible. The event site is 2WD & caravan accessible, but it is a bush property where having a car with extra clearance will make getting around easier

~This is a camping event, if not organizing a sober lift home throughout the night, then guests are required to bring everything required to be self-sufficient for a night; tent/swag, sleeping bag,   food, water, shade, etc.

~It is essential to bring enough drinking water to last you until you are home, we will have some on site but not enough for everyone.

~Being an outdoor event, you'll need to prepare for all weather conditions, it can get very hot during the day and very cold at night. 

~This event is BYO friendly, however NO GLASS is allowed, decant your drinks or buy cans. The event organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who is showing anti-social behavior of any sorts - don't be a dickhead and look after your mates.

~ NO FIRES, NO PETS.

Lighting/Projections/Lasers: Dabakery - Dabakery is a NNSW based AV team that has been providing and managing world class AV setups for numerous events all over the east coast for a number of years now. Well versed and capable in the setup and management of; immersive lighting displays, audio reactive projection mapping and jaw-dropping laser shows, Dabakery have made themselves a staple of the NNSW event scene.

Location - Private Property in the lush NSW bush, exact location announced week of event. 2hrs inland of Byron, 3hrs south of Brisbane, 1.5hrs north of Coffs Harbor.
