A Rebellicious® Gong Sound Experience is one hour to lie down, get cosy, and let the gongs do the work.
Also called a gong sound bath, it’s a simple, powerful way to support your whole system — physically, mentally, emotionally.

The deep, rhythmic gong vibrations help your body unwind, your mind slow down, and your nervous system finally get the reset it’s been asking for.

You don’t have to meditate. Or stretch. Or even try.
Just show up. Snuggle under a blanket. Let go.
