ALL parents regardless of timezone or country are welcome to join us for this wonderful parenting course. 

Parenting the Middle Years provides parents of 7yrs - Teens with proven parenting strategies as you and your child prepare for and navigate the teen years. This five-session parenting series will explore many issues and topics that parents find challenging including:

  • The nature of compliance to parental instruction
  • The power of communicating life giving words
  • Peer Identity/Pressure versus Family Identity
  • Critical conversations – Sex, Drugs, and Hormones
  • Cyber parenting in the Digital Age - Special look at the neurological impact of Screens
  • Transitioning from Parental Authority to Parental Influence
  • Awareness of “The Seven Warning Flags”

We welcome parents from all over the country... and world to join us online!

Classes designed for husband and wife, but we welcome and encourage single parents to join us!

Each week you will stream a video lesson and follow along with the course workbook. Then, during our weekly Zoom Video Conference, we will discuss the video presentation, application and parenting strategy.

Rich & Shelly will be leading this class for OneFamily.

Shelly & Rich Howard are long-time parenting leaders and Co-Founders of OneFamily. Over the last 15+ years they have helped nearly 10,000 families navigate their marriages and parent their kids from Toddler through the Teens. Shelly was also a MOPS Mentor for 12 years. They have been married for 34 years and have two sons, ages 24 & 26. The Howards are passionate about serving families through OneFamily, a non-profit ministry designed to equip parents for success, encourage, and sustain them for the marriage and parenting journey. They have found that Great Families need a great strategy to create the family life they love!
