Born from the compassion and commitment of a group of Gold Star Families, Operation Military Smiles is a powerful reminder that even in the face of unimaginable loss, the spirit of service and giving continues.

What began as a heartfelt effort by Families of the Fallen to bring Christmas joy to military/veteran children has grown into a cherished holiday tradition, bringing together our military community to celebrate the children and families who sacrifice so much for our nation.

Today, Military Friends Foundation proudly carries this mission forward, honoring the extraordinary legacy of the Gold Star Families who started it.

Because behind every uniform is a family. Behind every sacrifice is a story. And every military child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas.

Join us for a special morning of holiday cheer, gifts, and community as we celebrate Massachusetts military families and remind them that their service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
