Arrive 15 min earlier to chill and watch the sunset with a Mountain View!

Park by the Honda store or Coffee Shop, and wait by the big orange door for access to the lounge.

Step into a serene space where sound and energy harmonize and relax your mind,  body and soul.

Allow the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to wash over you, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation. This is your time to pause, reset, and rejuvenate.

- Gentle Sound Healing:Immerse yourself in calming, restorative tones designed to balance your mind and body.

- Meditative Journey: Sink into a state of peace and tranquility as you let go of stress.

- Energetic Renewal: Emerge feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to your inner self.

🔔 What to Bring:

- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

- A cozy blanket and pillow

- An open mind and willingness to relax

Whether you’re new to sound baths or a seasoned participant, this experience is designed to meet you where you are and support your journey to wellness. 

When: Thursdays - 6:30-7:30pm ( arrive earlier to enjoy the sunset) 

Where: 6601 E Mcdowell rd - RoadRunner Lounge 

Parking:   Please park by the honda store next door, or by the Coffee shop, and I will meet you at the front, by the big orange door, to have access to the lounge.
