Join me for a transformative 2-hour session designed to help you uncover your motivational drivers while rejuvenating your mind and body. Held at Cherish in Christchurch, Mind Body Reset offers a unique blend of mindfulness, movement, and self-discovery.

In this extended session, you’ll experience:

  • Guided Coaching Questions: Delve deep into what truly motivates you and align your actions with your core values. These powerful questions are designed to spark insight and clarity.
  • Healing Music: Immerse yourself in soothing frequencies that promote relaxation and mental clarity, creating the perfect environment for self-reflection.
  • Gentle and Deep Stretches: Release physical tension and enhance your overall well-being with stretches that are both gentle and profound, tailored to support your journey of self-discovery.

I provide all the essentials, including pen and paper, so you can easily capture your insights and develop actionable steps that you can carry into your daily life. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable—there’s no need for sports gear. Just bring yourself, ready to relax and explore. 

Spaces are very limited, so be sure to reserve your spot.

Be at the venue 10 minutes before the class starts!
I will open the doors for you and then we get started together.
Latecomers will not be able to get in.
