Neave Ross-Wallace is offering this retreat for those that feel drawn to sit in community and discover their deepest most fundamental nature to be conscious awareness itself.

During the weekend we will explore how we can choose, in any moment, to identify ourselves as only this body and mind or realise ourselves to be embodied consciousness that is loving, free, wise and deeply connected to all that is.

This Retreat is for beginners through to seasoned practitioners and offers the opportunity to experience how mindful meditation enables us to discover a deep well of insight, clarity, strength and wisdom within ourselves.

Fully catered by our food goddess Leeya Warrander and held at the Mt Hutt Retreat Center which offers warm, comfortable budget accommodation.
The ticket prices include accommodation, food and teachings.
