Welcome to the Launch of Happy Little Humans Australia!

We are beyond excited to introduce Happy Little Humans Australia to the world! Join us as we kick off our journey with a special celebration, launching our NEW Mindflow Session for Families workshop – an interactive experience that brings mindfulness to life in a way that's fun, engaging, and deeply impactful.

As a dedicated Children’s Mindfulness & Wellbeing Coach, I specialize in children's yoga therapy, mindfulness meditation, and energetics to support families in living their happiest, healthiest, and most harmonious lives. It’s my passion to help both children and their parents open their hearts, minds, and souls to the countless benefits of mindfulness.

In our Mindflow Session, we combine movement, creativity, connection, and joy. This workshop is designed to help children and parents connect on a deeper level, practice mindfulness together, and have fun while doing it! From gentle stretches and calming breathing exercises to creative activities and heart-centered discussions, the session offers tools that families can use to cultivate peace, balance, and happiness every day.

Mindfulness isn’t just a practice – it’s a lifestyle, one that invites us to slow down, be present, and embrace the beauty of the moment. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s so important for families to carve out time to reconnect with themselves and each other. As a dedicated Children's Mindfulness and Wellbeing Coach with Happy Little Humans Australia, I know firsthand how important it is for kids to feel safe, confident, and connected to their true selves. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy for children to feel overwhelmed or disconnected, but there’s a magical tool that can help them—mindfulness.

Through my Mindflow Workshops for both parents and children, I bring mindfulness to life in a way that is full of fun, movement, creativity, and most importantly, love. The goal is simple: to help children open their hearts, minds, and gorgeous little souls to the happiness, harmony, and balance that is always available to them.

What is Mindfulness for Children?

Mindfulness is about being present, paying attention to the here and now, and understanding and managing our emotions in a compassionate way. But it’s more than just quiet time or deep breathing. Mindfulness for kids is about feeling safe, connected, and empowered. It’s about learning to listen to their bodies, understand their feelings, and know that they have the power to shape their own experiences.

The Magic of Mindflow Workshops

In my Mindflow Workshops, we bring mindfulness to life through creative movement, flow, and connection. It’s a space where children and parents can come together to explore mindfulness in a way that feels natural, joyful, and inclusive. Through guided activities, games, and creative exercises, children build a sense of belonging and community, while learning essential tools for emotional resilience, self-expression, and inner calm.
