Mindful Art workshops provide a supportive environment for exploring your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences using different art mediums. Connect with others, reduce stress, and nurture your mental well-being through creative self-expression. No artistic talent needed.
This is a four-series workshop to be held on Wednesdays, May 7, 14, 21, 28 from 10:00-11:30am via zoom. Please commit to attending all four sessions.
This program is diverse and inclusive welcoming everyone.
After registering you will receive a list of inexpensive art supplies.
