Join us for a rhythmic journey into mindfulness in this 90-minute drumming workshop. Whether you're a seasoned percussionist or a curious beginner, this session offers a unique blend of rhythm, relaxation, and connection.
Explore your journey with experienced & beloved Djembe Drumming Facilitator, Annah:
- Simple techniques to create grounding rhythms
- The meditative power of collective drumming
- How rhythm can calm the mind and energise the body
No prior drumming experience is necessary. You are welcome to bring your own drum, or you can book one to hire during registration. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore the beat within.
