Event description

You're invited to enjoy a weekly meditation class hosted by Megs Williamson from The Whole Self. In each class, we'll explore various meditation techniques and each session will includes pranayama + a 35-45 minute meditation with time to share and reflect afterwards.

What to expect: Each week we will explore different meditation technique; including breath, mantra, sound, visualisation, self-inquiry and one seat meditation techniques as well experience Pranayama techniques and journaling techniques.

When: Held weekly on Wednesday's. Starting Wednesday 25th September 2024.

Time: 12:30pm to 1:30pm

Bring: Anything for your added comfort. You may wish to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle and journal. Some yoga bolsters and yoga mats will be provided. However, to avoid disappointment, feel free to bring your own mat, cushion, blanket etc.

Please arrive by 12:25pm to ensure we begin on time. The session will be begin at 12:30pm sharp.

This meditation class is great for all levels - even if you are new to meditation.

Booking terms: No refunds within 3 days of the event. If cancelling before the 3 day window a refund will be issued.
