Mindful Monday - Side Step Imposter Syndrome

Listening to your ego/inner critic is like getting hit in the face with a piñata. It’s not fun and you don’t enjoy the lollies.
Your ego loves to make you work extremely hard and constantly seek for approval, validation and acknowledgement outside of yourself. You think you always need to do more to prove that you deserve to be where you are and to convince yourself you’re not a fraud.
This phenomenon is called Imposter Syndrome.
It cripples so many amazing people (maybe you too) into doubting their skills, capability, and space in their careers. It causes you to doubt your achievements and create fear that you’ll be exposed as a fraud.
Well, you don’t have time for that! Letting yourself be a victim to your ego’s stories will keep you getting hit in the face and you’ll never fully enjoy the lollies (career or life).
I want to help YOU side step Imposter Syndrome so you can keep doing great work, take up well deserved space and soak in all of your achievements.
In this Mindful Monday we'll work through:
- What Imposter Syndrome is and how it shows up for you
- Where it comes from; and,
- How you can start side stepping it so you can move forward
