These sessions will combine movement and meditation providing pathways to presence. With the intention to create a sense of revitalised energy and clarity. So you can start your day on purpose and in your creative flow.

Hi, I'm Jasmine and I have trained in meditation, mindfulness, energy medicine, contemporary dance, bodywork and somatics. I draw on inspiration from breath work, sound healing, yoga and qigong. So, there will be no shortage of gentle and powerful exercises for you to discover and continue in the comfort of your own home. It is my intention to create a supportive space so you can thrive in your own morning practise.

I hope to create a space for you to feel; calm, relaxed, safe and supported, alert, energised, creative, confident in your own skin and in your true nature. To feel inspired to do the things you love in life, more connected to yourself and your environment.

I personally have battled with inconsistency when it comes to my ultimate dream of being a morning person with the perfect routine! As every day is different, all I really want is to start my day feeling excited about being alive. I let go of the idea of a perfect morning and started playing with my ebb and flow. I know how important ‘Good Vibes’ are, so over the past few years I have stayed dedicated to setting myself up first thing in the morning to get into a state of ‘creative flow’. Each morning has been a little different;- practicing simple yet powerful processes I have discovered or created over the years. Staying true to setting my day up on purpose, I have experienced magic, flow and abundant opportunities coming into my life. I want to share these gems with you! Because, I want you to get the same experience for your own life. And if you are already in this flow, bring it! You'll be invited to share your gems too! So we can thrive in creating the future we know is possible, for ourselves, our families, and our community.

Why online? I am much more motivated when I am in a group, yet don’t always want to go out of my home to do so. Especially with winter round the corner! Connection, community and purpose are fundamental human needs for health and wellbeing. Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation have been proven to have epic results for peoples mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing. So I’m creating this online space for us to regularly connect. No matter where you are, or what state you are in. Come as you are!

The Moving Rivers community is such a beautiful base, with collaborations and co-facilitators weaving in and out with offerings growing and expanding. I traveled up and down Aotearoa, living in special places, and meeting wonderful people, contributing to who I have become and what Moving Rivers is. It only makes sense to jump online so we can all meet and connect and to continue to support, nurture, and encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves through the power of group energy.

This is an open space, whether you are new to mindfulness practices or have been practicing for years, all are welcome. It's a great way to commit to a morning routine and stay on track. It doesn’t matter if you have just woken up with a cup of tea in your hand and blanket round your shoulders, or you are sitting in the car before work! These are short, easy to jump into sessions.

I hope the outcome for you is to feel the beauty of being alive and to live the life you love.

Join us for our ‘Mindful Morning’ sessions and allow your creative life force to move freely through you, as you.

Your host, Jasmine
