    Event description

    Come and join me for a 30 minute online Movement class incorporating Hatha/Synergy style Yoga all from the comfort of your own home. 

    Improve your circulation and enjoy a practice that takes your joints through controlled articular rotations to nourish and assist in maintaining your joint range. Nerve tensioning is often an aspect we include in our practice as well as elements of breathwork awareness. We have a short shavasana to finish off, giving you the option to continue this after our practice is complete.

    Wear your PJs if you wish!

    What you will need: Yoga mat, block or towel, bolster or pillow. Any props that you think will enhance your practice. Maybe a blanket to assist in Shavasana
