BODY CONSCIOUSNESS is mindful movement for anyone curious to connect deeper with their body and explore movement beyond the familiar.

A playful blend of floorwork, contemporary movement, improvisation and yoga, inspired by capoeira and surf movement.

Come move, explore, challenge yourself and bring more awareness into the way you move. No experience needed, just curiosity.
