You're invited to 30-minute meditation session with Gilad Shavit and the Breathers community, free and from the comfort of your home.

These sessions are designed to bring peace, clarity, and rejuvenation to your day.

In these session, you'll explore:

- Techniques to calm the mind and reduce stress.

- Strategies for enhancing focus and concentration.

- Practices for cultivating self-awareness and compassion.

- A supportive community dedicated to personal growth and wellbeing.

 Mondays lunch break - 12:30-13:00

No prior experience is necessary, and this session is completely free of charge. 

If possible find a quiet place to sit in, or use headphones to minimise distractions. 

The sessions consist of a short teaching, a mindfulness meditation session (or other related techniques) and q&a at the end if.

 These sessions do not include Holotropic/Rebirthing Breathwork or a sharing circles.
