Soul Mindfulness Nature Connection is an impactful, experiential therapy connecting you to the natural world and self with monthly walks that supports the letting go of some of life's most difficult moments like grief & loss. The mindful monthly practices are uniquely designed to guide and empower you back into your body, mind and spirit presence. To nourish your soul as you connect into the present moment without judgement or distraction and release the stressors of life weighing you down so you can return to a calm state of being.

The Element of Nature has the ability to Heal the Body, Relax the Mind and Uplift the Spirit as we connect to the wisdom of Mother Earth.

Experiential Nature Mindfulness Connection Walks delivered monthly over six months with a set guided and themed program.
Program includes guided and self-led practices and rituals, wellbeing activities and meditations to awaken your five senses connected with Nature in a group environment.
Rekindling inner child playfulness to help break down barriers through inquisitive exploration, laughter and fun with Mama Earth.
Guided meditations for deep self exploration connecting to a greater sense of self with spirit to discover the full essence of your being and let go of all that no longer serves.
Gathering circles for story sharing, silent reflections, intention setting, journaling and dreamcatcher making as you weave a path for new hopes and dreams.
The Celebration of Life ritual through water ceremony to wash away our worries as we end the journey feeling cleansed, renewed and revitalised.

What to Wear/Bring:
Dress comfortably for trail walking, hat, sunscreen, enclosed shoes. Water 1.5ltr.
Consider weather: rain jacket or jumper.
Journal, pen, sit mat and small lightweight mug all in a daypack. Some refreshments provided.
Optional: Water Ceremony nature swim, bring swimmers, sunscreen, towel. (adjustment made during winter weather)
