Soul Mindfulness Nature Connection is an impactful, experiential therapy connecting you to the natural world and self with monthly walks that supports the letting go of some of life's most difficult moments. The mindfulness practices are uniquely designed to guide and empower you back into your body, mind and spirit presence. Nourishing your soul as you connect into the present moment without judgement or distraction and release grief emotions like: sorrow, anguish, confusion so you can feel an inner peace and calm after loss.

The Element of Nature has the ability to Heal the Body, Relax the Mind and Uplift the Spirit as we connect with the wisdom of self and that of Mama Earth. It is from the stillness of the present moment that awakens your inner knowing allowing opportunity for new insights as you become aware of your thoughts and emotions so you can develop a greater sense of self-awareness, renewed strength of self in all areas of Body, Mind and Spirit.

Guided experiential nature walk, with mindful practices set both individually and as a group.
Awaken your five senses with Nature through grounding practices, activities and rituals.
Guided Silent Meditations delivered for deep heart opening self exploration.
Rekindling the inner child playfulness, breaking down barriers through inquisitive exploration, laughter and fun with Mama Earth.
Gathering circle for story sharing, silent reflection, intention setting, journaling to make way for new hopes and dreams.
The Celebration of Life; to connect with ourselves, our loved one, and to All that is through water ceremony to wash away our worries.

What to Wear/Bring:
Dress comfortably for bush track walking, hat, sunscreen, enclosed shoes. Water 1.5ltr.
Consider weather: rain jacket or jumper.
Water Ceremony: swimmers, sunscreen, towel. (slightly modified in Winter)
Journal & pen, sit mat and small lightweight mug all in a daypack. Some refreshments available. Bring any snacks you might like to share.
