Mindful Nature Walk – Trigg Bushland
Event description
Mindful Nature Walk – Slow Down, Tune In, Feel Better
Join Mindful in Nature for a calming and sensory-rich mindful walk through the beautiful Trigg Bushland Reserve. This guided experience invites adults to slow down, tune into their surroundings, and reconnect with nature in a deeper way. As you walk, you’ll be gently guided to engage your senses, notice local wildlife, and experience the restorative power of being fully present outdoors.
Spending time in nature at a slower pace offers many benefits for both individual and community well-being. Mindful engagement with the natural world has been shown to lower stress, reduce blood pressure, boost the immune system, and improve mood. By immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of the bushland, you'll cultivate a sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
You will be guided and supported by trained Nature and Forest Therapy Guides, who will gently lead you through a series of mindful invitations to help you slow down, tune in, and connect more deeply with the natural world. With warmth and care, they create a safe and inclusive space for reflection, presence, and sensory awareness.
