Mindful Wander in Nature - Ricketts Point
Event description
Join us for a restorative 2-hour nature-based wellbeing experience tailored to help you slow down, reconnect, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit. The session is designed to calm busy minds, helping you to be present, connect with yourself and the environment around us.
During this mindful wander, you will be guided through a series of
easy, relaxing activities, using all your senses to ignite your
curiosity and engage with the natural world. We walk slowly through this
beautiful natural setting, mostly in quietness. The session includes
gentle movements and moments of stillness. We wander on paths and uneven
grassy surfaces, we will sit on the ground in a peaceful spot in the
shade or open air.
Whether you choose to participate in all the activities, adapt them to your preference, or simply pause, the focus is on what feels right for you. We conclude with a mindful tea service, offering a taste of Australian-inspired flavours to nourish both body and soul.
This small group experience is suitable for individuals 15 years and older.
Come ready to relax, be present, and embrace the peaceful rhythm of nature.
