An intimate gathering of like-minded people who are interested in meaningful connection, conscious living and accessing your higher self.
The workshop will consist of:
- A guided meditation to get grounded and step into a place of love
- Gratitude journalling and reflection
- Vision boarding (Canvas, paint, pens, pencils, magazines and images provided)
- Sharing circle (Optional)
- Yummy snacks and tea!
