This wellness course is for you if you’re struggling with burnout, feeling tired, feeling overwhelmed, or just looking to learn some new coping skills to boost your wellness routine. This course is for you if you’re curious about wellness and not sure where to get started. This course is for you if you’re super busy and prefer to learn at your own pace. Â
