Join for a gentle, beginner-friendly mindfulness course designed to help you reconnect with your breath, calm your nervous system, and bring more presence, clarity, and ease into daily life.
Over six weekly sessions, we’ll explore accessible tools and practices — from breath awareness to mindful movement — that support emotional wellbeing and inner calm. No prior experience is needed.
This course is perfect if you:
Feel stressed, scattered, or overwhelmed
Are curious about mindfulness or meditation
Want to feel more grounded and connected
Are seeking space to pause, reflect, and breathe

Guided meditation and mindful breathing
Gentle movement or walking practices
Group sharing and reflection (optional)
Practical tools to take into your everyday life
All sessions are in-person and online, with Zoom links and recordings provided.

In person at a Toorak home studio or Hawthorn Library (TBC based on group size)
Online via Zoom (link sent upon registration)

Attend all 6 weeks or drop in casually
Free to attend, with an optional donation
If we hire a venue, a small fee may be added to cover costs
